Amazon Web Services (AWS) is excited to announce the launch of Regions Billing for Amazon S3, Amazon S3 Event Notifications, and Amazon S3 Transfer Automation. These new features provide customers with greater flexibility, control, and automation for their Amazon S3 data.
Regions Billing for Amazon S3 enables customers to pay for their Amazon S3 usage on a per-region basis. This provides customers with greater flexibility and control over their Amazon S3 costs, as they can now choose to store data in the regions that are most cost-effective for their business.
Amazon S3 Event Notifications allow customers to receive notifications when specific events occur in their Amazon S3 buckets. This can be useful for a variety of purposes, such as triggering workflows, sending alerts, or performing data analysis. Amazon S3 Event Notifications are highly customizable, and customers can choose to receive notifications for a variety of events, including object creation, deletion, and modification.
Amazon S3 Transfer Automation enables customers to automate the transfer of data between Amazon S3 and other AWS services. This can be useful for a variety of purposes, such as migrating data to Amazon S3, backing up data to Amazon S3, or replicating data between different Amazon S3 buckets. Amazon S3 Transfer Automation is easy to use, and customers can create and manage transfer jobs with just a few clicks.
